Davies Wegner Law is a boutique Family Law firm in west Los Angeles. For over a decade, we have represented clients who reside in the South Bay, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the west Valley communities. Many clients are referrals from colleagues, present and previous clients, even former opposing counsels. When we represent you, we are with you every step of the way.

Talitha Wegner, CFLS
Founder
Talitha Davies Wegner is the founder of Davies Wegner Law, achieving results for clients for over a decade. Talitha is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Talitha’s law practice encompasses divorce, child support and spousal support, child custody and visitation, dissolution of domestic partnership, and prenuptial, postnuptial and co-habitation agreements. In addition to her litigation expertise, Talitha is a certified family law mediator. She founded the Intelligent Alternative Mediation Center to offer her clients a cost-effective, collaborative alternative to divorce and other family conflicts.
Talitha’s practical, down-to-earth approach quickly puts clients at ease. Her astute litigation preparation delivers results that earn her clients’ praise and gratitude.
Having gone through divorce herself, Talitha educates and empowers her clients, giving them the confidence to face difficult family law issues. Her concern and kindness are genuine. If she accepts you as a client, you will know she has your back.
Talitha Davies Wegner has received numerous accreditations and honors. She is an Associate Fellow to The Litigation Counsel of America. She was named VIP Member by Cambridge’s “Who’s Who for Excellence in Legal Services.” She was nominated for the 2013 Women Making a Difference Awards – Rising Star category. Talitha is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Talitha received her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She graduated Cum Laude from California State University at Northridge. She is also a certified family law mediator.
In addition to advocating for her clients, Talitha sits on the board of several nonprofit organizations. Her work with Rock and Rescue, The Brittany Foundation and The STAND Foundation spans years. Talitha donates her time and resources to give a voice to many voiceless individuals in the Los Angeles Community.
